ATTENTION COACHES
It is your responsibility to make sure you have 3 helpers for your designated night. If you cannot find helpers then your players will have to do it or we will not be having teas.
Coaches please tell your helpers that they need to be there by 6pm (if possible) to help set up. If any of them can help with salads that would be great and they get done at 4.30pm if they would like to help.
It is also their responsibility to help the cook clean up. These duties include putting on the dishwasher, doing the big dishes, sweeping and mopping the floor.
With your help we are looking forward to building a fantastic volunteer base.
