Clubroom issues still a concern

Folks, I spoke at length in my last communication about how we need to leave the rooms and the equipment provided. I realise that the incidents of damage and abuse are caused by a few, but the effect is on everyone, so I appeal to you all again to reinforce the need to look after he club rooms and the equipment. We shouldn’t find food scraps littering the floor, seed pods all over the carpet, rubber stripped from the table tennis bats and thrown on the floor, crushed table tennis balls, broken table tennis bats, empty cans, empty wrappers. Please educate your children that waste goes in the bins provided and it would be extremely considerate of you to check the area as you leave to make sure that it wasn’t your kids that left the room in a messy state. The amenities are for us all to use and enjoy, please make your contribution to their maintenance.

Remember, WE have to clean up the mess. Nobody gets paid to do it. If we all help, there isn’t a problem.
